4. Your responsibilities

As a Front-End Developer, you will take full ownership of front-end engineering while collaborating closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs. You’ll ensure a seamless user experience and deliver high-quality web applications in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Front-End Development:

  • Design, develop, and optimize user interfaces using React.js.
  • Ensure responsive and intuitive user experiences across various devices and browsers.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following modern best practices.

API Integration & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs into front-end applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues to ensure smooth data flow.

5.  Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in React.js for building dynamic front-end applications.
  • Knowledge of Nodejs, Django.
  • Experience with APIs and modern API integration techniques.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with GoLang and the ability to understand and contribute to backend services written in Go.
  • Experience with WebSocket or real-time applications.
  • Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

6. Compensation & Benefits:

a. Compensation: 

  • Base salary: Negotiated salary depending on experience.

c. Leaves:

  • Public holidays. Take time off and spend it with your family during your country’s public national/regional/state holidays.
  • Annual leave: 12 days/year and to be pro-rata rated for the actual monthly working period for full-time staff. Applied after the probation.
  • Sick leave with pay: maximum 6 days/year, on top of the 12-day annual leave credit, for full-time staff. Applied after the probation. 
  • Period leave: 1 day each month for female employees.
  • Personal leave policy for special cases.
