5. Your responsibilities:
As a Growth Hack Strategist at AIxBlock, you’ll own and execute multi-channel growth strategies with a strong focus on SEO, performance marketing and content strategy. You’ll work closely with product and marketing teams to attract, engage, and retain a technical audience of developers and engineers.
- Build and execute overall digital marketing strategies with the purpose of drawing significant traffic for our website as well as improving conversion rates.
- Develop and lead SEO strategy for AIxBlock’s product, monitor and optimize performance.
- Plan and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, etc.) tailored to AIxBlock’s audience.
- Design and implement seeding campaigns, community engagement tactics, and partnerships.
- Analyze traffic, funnel metrics, and campaign performance to inform decisions and iterate growth tactics quickly.
- Collaborate with other teams to align growth efforts with user needs and product roadmap.
- Other related task assigned by the Line Manager
6. Requirements
- Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in growth or similar digital marketing roles in SaaS, especially in products targeting global developers or engineers. (Huge plus if you know how to target AI engineers), ideally you should have global experience, especially in the USA.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO best practices and all common SEO tools (We will test you in the interview)
- Experience optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
- Ability to craft effective content and messaging strategies for global technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with a test-learn-iterate mindset.

- Base salary: Negotiated salary depending on experience.

c. Leaves:
